New Meeting Roll Call Procedure
Beginning with the August 22nd meeting, and for all meetings there after, members are to sign-in with the Treasurer, Scott Dunagan, as they arrive. This will be the official attendance list for fine purposes, so it is your responsibility to make sure Scott marks you as being present.
